This deal of the day is just four miles from downtown Blowing Rock, North Carolina. That is the quaintest mountain town! Looks like a movie set. This cabin has some nice acreage with it! The cabin was built in 1941. Parts are probably earlier in my opinion. It is located on 6.86 acres in Lenoir, North Carolina. I would be willing to bet that the live-edge siding is hiding logs underneath and that stacked stone chimney points to an earlier date than 1941. The cabin clearly needs some work. That price with that acreage close to downtown Blowing Rock is rather crazy. Hopefully someone on here will jump on this. One bedroom, one bathroom and 748 square feet. $145,000
