Dennis Quaid has never been quiet about his beliefs. The actor has become vocal about his support for Trump in the upcoming U.S. Presidential election. Quaid went on “Piers Morgan Uncensored” this week and made a startling announcement.

He shared that he was voting for Trump come November. He said he did not care about what people will say about him or what they say about Donald Trump. And that his choice of Trump makes sense to him when he sees the state of politics today.

Quaid put his feelings quite simply, he said, … “People might call him an a**hole, but he’s my a**hole.”

While Quaid went on to clarify his support for Trump. He shared how he had not been pro-Trump to start out with but changed his mind when he saw, what he calls the “weaponization of our justice system.”

He seemingly referred to the controversial politician’s hush-money trial and other legal issues when he said, “Trump is the most investigated person in the history of the world. And they haven’t been able to get him.”

Dennis is now explicitly stating his support for Trump. He had been dropping hints at his support, but this is the first time he has explicitly stated it. Over the weekend, he praised Trump at a South Bronx rally, appreciating his remaining steadfast despite everything “conspiring against him.”

While most Hollywood celebrities are known for being liberal, Dennis Quaid seems to have no qualms about publicly supporting Trump as his choice of candidate.
