Marjorie Taylor Greene posts cheeky bikini picture on her 50th birthday causes major reaction – ‘she looks like a man’

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene posted a picture recently that seems to have gotten a lot of reactions from many people. Keep reading to see what she posted that got such a major reaction.

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene just celebrated her 50th birthday by posting a picture of herself in a bikini on Instagram. The picture sparked a lot of reactions from people. Some commended her, while others thought it was a bit too much. A few people even suspected that the picture had been edited.

The bikini photo comes just days after Rep. Jasmine Crockett lambasted Greene’s “bleached blonde bad built butch body” during a contenious hearing at Capitol Hill.

During the hearing, Greene had clashed with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Crockett at the House Oversight Committee hearing over holding Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress.

Greene made some comments questioning whether the Democratic members of the committee had employed Manhattan Criminal Court Justice Juan Merchan’s daughter, who is currently presiding over Donald Trump’s hush money trial.

Crockett asked the relevance of Greene’s comment, to which she made a person come back, saying, “I think your fake eyelashes are messing up what you’re reading.”

Ranking member Jamie Raskin rebuked the comment saying, “That’s beneath even you, Ms. Greene.” AOC then demanded that Greene’s remark should be stricken from the record and condemned her for criticizing Crockett’s appearance.

After a heated exchange between Greene, Ocasio-Cortez, and Committee chair James Comer, Crockett asked for clarification on what is acceptable discussion material during hearings.

She asked, “I’m just curious, just to better understand your ruling. If someone on this committee then starts talking about somebody’s bleach blonde, bad-built, butch body, that would not be engaging in personalities, correct?”

A lot of people found this exchange quite hilarious and it went viral on social media.

Greene, wanting to control the narrative, took to X (formerly Twitter) to post: “Yes, my body is built and strong. NOT with nips, tucks, plastic, or silicone, but through a healthy lifestyle.”

However, a lot of people replied to her with some critique. With one person writing, “Yes, through a healthy lifestyle of lying, harassing school shooting victims, and cheating on your husband, mixed in with not doing your job.”

Another chimed in, “Remember when you started it? We do. Nice try. Here is the thing…it doesn’t matter how much you work out and how much you lie… it’s the hate you spew that makes you ugly, not your looks.”

A third wrote, “Hey, Marjorie Taylor Greene. Maybe your body is strong, but you’re still dead inside, and your soul is dark. What you may have in brawn, you lack in brains and kindness. But sure, keep body-shaming others. It will only make you a worse person than you already are.”

Greene posted a picture to mark her 50th birthday on Memorial Day. She posed in a blue bikini and a cowboy hat on her head as she smiled into the camera.

In the caption, the Georgia congresswoman listed her accomplishments. Some of them were; her being the first person in her family to graduate college, raising her three children, and running a successful slew of businesses.

She also commended herself on her ability to juggle her hobbies with all of her professional commitments. She wrote that it was, “God’s grace that I don’t deserve but am thankful for beyond words.”

She also wrote, “Many people go into their 50th birthday thinking it’s a bad thing, but I truly feel it’s wonderful, and I’m so excited and grateful God let me live 50 years and do so many things.”

She ended her caption by writing, “And God willing, I’ll passionately continue each step following Him wherever the road leads.”

The picture sparked a lot of mixed reactions. Some people did not appreciate the picture, one person wrote, “If that is a butch-built bod, I’ll take one, please. HBD MTG.”

Another person added, “Happy birthday to our American bad–s! Thank you for fighting so hard for us.”

Some people however were skeptical about the picture being edited, one person wrote, “I didn’t think there were enough filters to make that face look good.”

Another added, “Marge is in all her feelings after Jasmine called her body butch lmao. Having said that, I highly doubt this is her body. Look at her feet, those are NOT our toes! Everyone knows she has funky toes!”

A third person said, “This pic is OBVIOUSLY photoshopped,” while another person chimed in, “Someone photoshopped her picture. Your arms are big! Now they look lean.”
