WATCH: Report Reveals Adam Schiff Could Face Same Mortgage Fraud Criminal Investigation as Letitia James
In a breaking segment, Chanel Rion disclosed on her program, The Fine Point, that Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) might be subjected to the same investigation for mortgage fraud that is presently being carried out by the Woke New York Attorney General, Letitia James.
For context, the FBI case against James stemmed from a criminal referral made last month by Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William Pulte, who penned a letter claiming that she had engaged in mortgage fraud by misrepresenting her husband and personal residence to obtain favorable mortgage conditions.
In any event, Chanel Rion made this disclosure on her show, The Fine Point, where the One America Network (OAN) scarcely criticized the contentious senator. She stated, “Veteran investigators Christine Bish and John Stubbins lodged an ethics complaint last week asserting that Adam Schiff committed fraud and perjury by designating both his residences in California and Maryland as his primary home.”
Continuing her analysis, Rion elaborated that, “[He may be guilty of] breaching state and federal laws. So they assert. Now, numerous lawmakers maintain a residence in Washington, particularly if they represent a distant state, as Schiff does, but only one of their properties can be recognized as their primary residence.
Detailing the specifics of the purported scheme, she remarked, “If you are a lawmaker, your main residence must, in theory, be located in the District you represent, which is logical. However, if you maintain two primary residences, you can exploit the system to secure lower mortgage rates, and this is precisely what Bish and Stubbins are claiming.”
Offering essential context, she stated, “This narrative unfolds as Schiff campaigns for the US Senate amid a situation where homelessness in California has reached unprecedented levels and the cost of living has forced many Californians to relocate. The ethics complaint highlights noticeable inconsistencies and Schiff’s voting history, wherein he asserts both homes in Maryland and California as primary residences from 2002 to 2013, revealing a clear hypocrisy.”
Criticizing the California Democrat for his overt hypocrisy, Rion remarked, “Earlier this year, Adam Schiff’s Democratic colleagues removed Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from the ballot in New York due to his discussions regarding his multiple residences. Would they apply the same standards to Adam Schiff?”
Following the conclusion of her remarks, she turned her attention to Seamus Brunner, a bestselling author and journalist. Brunner stated, “Adam Schiff is facing significant challenges if the legal system operates justly. I am aware that this complaint has been filed with several US House agencies, including the House Judiciary, House Ethics, and House Oversight Committee.”

Confirming the truth of these rumors, he stated, “It is accurate that Adam Schiff has been marking the box for principal residence on several mortgage applications across two different states. One cannot reside in two locations simultaneously, and mortgage fraud is a grave offense.”
